Mary Catherine Demsko

Mary Catherine Demsko, age 96, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away peacefully on Friday November 16, 2018.

She was born on Friday January 13, 1922 in Uniontown, Pa.  a daughter of Owen and Ethel (Whalen) McGinity.

Mary Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Leo Demsko, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

She was a member of St. John The Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, PA where she was a Christian Mother.

Left to cherish her memory is her children, John Vincent Demsko, John Richard Demsko and his wife Myrna, grandchildren, John R. Demsko, Anthony Demsko, Neil Demsko, April Demsko, 5 great grandchildren, she is also survived by her sister Ellen (McGinity) Duffy and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral mass will be held on Monday November 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. in St. John, The Evangelist R. C. Church, 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The family ask that everyone meet in church.

Private interment will be held in Saint Vincent DePaul Roman Catholic Cemetery, Leisenring,Pa.
