Kathy Yvonne Gudac

Kathy Yvonne Orris Gudac, 68, of Uniontown, unexpectedly passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

She was born on May 9, 1957, in Brownsville, Pa. to Paul and Betty (Bella) Orris.

Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, whose kindness and love touched everyone she met. She had a passion as a seamstress, taking great pride in her craft and the friendships she built along the way. Her hands were always busy, whether stitching fabric with care or providing for her family.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Joseph Gudac Jr.; mother, Betty (Bella) Orris; daughter, Michelle (Jeffrey) Seaman; son, Richard (Gina) Stogran; son Joseph R. (Tiffany) Gudac, grandchildren, Morgan Miller and Fiancé Joshua Lampenfield, Maura, and Brayden Seaman, Gabriella, Lillian, and Joseph X. Gudac, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a loving sister to her siblings: Sonny and his wife Linda of Brownsville; Tammy of East Millsboro; and Terry of La Belle.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Paul Orris; sister, Robin Vandivner; parents-in-law, Joseph Sr. and Emily Gudac.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation in the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc., 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, PA, on Sunday August 24, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 p.m., and Monday August 25, 2025 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.., the Hour of Service with Father Anthony Klimko officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her infectious laughter, and the way she held the family together. Always offering support and being there for anyone in need. Her love and strength were the glue that bound her family, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
