Karen Louise (Palko) Frasconi, 81, of Masontown, Pa., peacefully passed into the eternal rest of her Savior on Saturday June 14, 2025.
Born on October 11, 1943, she was the daughter of Pete and Naomi Ruth (Ewart) Palko, who preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her husband Jerry A. Frasconi, Jr., and by a brother, James Gregg Palko.
Karen worked for over 30 years for the state of Pennsylvania and retired as a Clerical Supervisor II in 2003. However, she will be chiefly remembered as a godly woman whose heart was filled with boundless love and kindness, especially for her family members and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Robert Frasconi and Lisa Pople, both of Masontown, Jerry A. Frasconi, III, of Uniontown, and granddaughter Rebecca Pople (David), of Donora. As the eldest of nine children, she is survived by her brothers Thomas Palko (Paula), Richard Palko (Regina), and sisters Carol Angry, Lois Migyanko, Jewel Palko, Ramona Snyder (Rick), and Charlotte Palko (Pat). Of her nephews and nieces, three angelic ones preceded her in death (Rollie, Ellisa, and Chuckie). Also left to cherish her memory are numerous cousins and countless nephews and nieces who lovingly knew her as "Auntie Karen."
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA,
