Of course, we all want more. We are wired to want more of everything. More stuff, more time, more money, more life. We can’t control the length of life but we can control the depth in which we live. We can’t get more time but we can create more magic with the time we have. Mom always knew the hidden power and potential of a moment and she blessed them making mere moments magical and eternal.
Nostalgia permeates our lives because of her and we get to time travel when we glance back in joy. It’s like living twice. So not only did she give us life. She gave us a lifetime of memories and she lives on in them. Her ripple effects as a wife, mother, grandmother and nurse continue to spread out in expansive circles of loving kindness.
Life is indeed the best party we’ve been invited to. Thank you Mom!! We passed on the invite to our children. And we hope they dance as you inspired us to do!! You are forever loved and forever remembered. We want to thank you for your wonderful life and for sharing it with us. To imagine, that someone who embodied such a pure selfless and loving kindness awareness was our mother and wife is unfathomable to contemplate. The time, attention and love that you invested into our family is priceless. You personified Love in Action! How does one capture a life so well lived and attempt to put what you meant to us in words...
