Diana L. Davis

Diana L. Davis, 78, of Palmer, Pa., passed away on Thursday May 16, 2024.

She was born on Saturday December 22, 1945 in Palmer, Pa., a daughter of John and Mary (Dunn) Norman.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William “Bud” Davis, her sister Eleanor and brothers, George, William and Robert.

Diana loved God and her church. She was a dedicated, lifetime member of the Palmer Presbyterian Church in Adah. Her devotion was obvious as she held several positions: Clerk of Session, Church Treasurer and the Sunday morning Pianist, just to name a few. She retired in March of 2022 after working for a total of 58 years. Her first place of employment was with the former Gallatin Bank in Uniontown. She later worked for Eberly Meade which became Meade Energy where she worked in the Human Resources department. Diana was a caring, generous, and loving person. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.

Diana is survived by her sister Maxine Hajek (Gene), a special nephew Scott Goodwin (Donna), sister-in-law Julie Norman, niece Kim Shingler, nephews; Robert Norman and John Norman (Kelly), she is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received in the Terravecchia-Haky Home for Funerals, Inc., 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, PA., on Tuesday May 21, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. And on Wednesday May 22, 2024 in the Palmer Community Presbyterian Church, 410 Church St, Adah, Pa., 15410, Everyone is asked to meet in church, where a service will be held at 10 a.m.
