Charles Hugney

Charles R. Hugney, age 69, of Jefferson, Pa, passed away on Monday December 31, 2018. He was born on Tuesday October 4, 1949 a son of Charles A., and Patricia (Morgan) Hugney.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother JP.

Charles served his Country with the United States Navy as a Corpsman and was employed by Mon River Towing as a River Boat Captain.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Rose M. (Friend) Hugney, his daughter Catherine Michelle to a previous marriage, sisters; Patty, Diane, Darlene and his brother Doug.
